Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and photos of the hair to initiate your return request within 30 days of delivery.

  Approval & Instructions

  Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the specific return shipping address.

• 3.
  Pack & Ship

  Securely pack the unbrushed, uncut hair in its original packaging and ship it back to us using a traceable carrier service.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  After receiving and inspecting the items to ensure they meet our quality standards, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
